Backup Partially Complete - User didn't returned any password

JetBackup 5 on cPanel may run into the following error when backing up Database Users:

[ERROR] User didn't returned any password

This error during the database user backup is caused by database users that don't have a password specified on the associated host and therefore unable to authenticate for backup. You may verify this by going to your MySQL database > user table and search for a problematic user then you should see an empty field under the "authentication_string" or "Password" column. Please specify a password for these database users in order to resolve this issue.
