Unable To Restore Account Due To Missing Package

If you are performing a DR or Migrating Servers and are looking to restore all of your accounts using JetBackup 5. Please note that JetBackup 5 attempts to assign the same package that was backed up for an account during the restore on the new server. If the User/Reseller package doesn't exist on the new server and there's no Default Package set in JB Home > Settings > Panel, the restore will return the following error during the restore of the account configuration.

[ERROR] Can't find the provided package. Please consider to add default package at the panel tab under settings page.

We suggest always having a "Catchall" Reseller or User Package for the purposes of DR Restore. (such as "User_Default" or "Reseller_Default").
