Backups missing after migrating servers

When migrating servers without performing a Disaster Recovery, JetBackup 5 will generate new unique UUIDs for all accounts that exist on your panel. This is true for new installations on the same server as well. If you then create a destination that was used on a previous destination, JetBackup will associate the existing backups with the account's previous UUID. With this being the case, you may notice that after creating and reindexing a destination, the accounts do not have any backups.

From the Accounts Page on JetBackup 5, you will notice a button called reassign under the Assignable Accounts column on the far right. Pressing this button will display all UUIDs that exist for that account and allow you to reassign the Account UUID in order to access previously generated backups.

Please note: Assigning a UUID will generate backups associated with that ID.
